The Rajah’s Banquet
Carol Selva Rajah will create a banquet for you based on your theme for the evening. Banquets can be created for small private dinners, anniversaries or special Bollywood themed events.
Choose from Northern Indian Tandoori or Butter Chicken grills, rich and aromatic Rogan Gosh curries or Moghul dishes cooked with duck breasts with caramelised curry sauce, cassoluts of young pig with lentils and herbs, Carppaccio of cured beef and soft shelled crab cooked with cashew powder and chillied spices.
Or
South Indian Vegetarian Thalis with a range of 8-10 vegetables curried with coconut vegetable purees with cream or yogurt, dhals, lentils cooked with tomato, tamarind and sour-sweet fenugreek seeds. Drumsticks in season (an Indian bean), and onion, mango, date chutneys and pickels.

Kerala fish curries, Goan Chorizo sausages, Fish stews, Fish fried prawns in salsa and lamb curried are just a few of these suggestions that are possible. Ring me with your special requests.
