'having fun with food and beer'
Beer is the oldest beverage the world has known. In recent years, the diversity of boutique breweries producing different styles of beers with fruity and flavoursome beers have been enjoyed by astute palates all over the world. Not only is beer drunk in the pub or on the footy field but enjoyed at the dining table.
Join chef and food writer, Carol Selva Rajah, as she brings some exotic and aromatic dishes for you to prepare each week. Some of these dishes will be slow cooked with beer and others will be enjoyed with a wide range of European and Asian style beers. Lessons on the 14th, 21st and 28th February will feature different dishes that will be enjoyed as a meal at the end of the evening. (Max 10 students)Cost of Class:
